Mission: Believing that every child deserves a safe and supportive place to grow, Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC©) of Greater Las Vegas creates and supports programs that directly improve the health, education and well-being of children in our community and beyond. We fulfill our mission by providing a temporary “home away from home” at the Ronald McDonald House for families who travel to Las Vegas to receive critical medical treatment for their children, and we manage programs that serve the immediate needs of children and families in our own community through the Ronald McDonald Family Room at Sunrise Children’s Hospital, the Ronald McDonald Care Mobile Dental Unit, and RMHC College Scholarships.

Summary: RMHC of Greater Las Vegas is seeking a mature and experienced professional to join our senior executive team with responsibility for managing our non-profit organization’s overall financial health. With a heart for helping and a mind for the bottom line, this talented individual will play a critical operational and strategic role in managing all of the organization’s business and accounting control functions, and will help create and implement a financial strategy for the long-term growth of Ronald McDonald House Charities, which is committed to helping families and children in medical crisis.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, or equivalent work experience; five years plus in accounting experience preferred, and a CPA or MBA is desired; Non-profit management experience also preferred; Must be proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft-related computer programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
